Sam Hunt knocked it out of the park for his first-ever Grammy performance!
Hunt accompanied country veteran Carrie Underwood, and the duo took the stage together to perform a mashup of her new single "Heartbeat," and his hit "Take Your Time."
Hunky country crooner Hunt started the performance alone, wearing a plain white T-shirt and jeans. Underwood then joined him onstage wearing a flowing white dress (that showed off some leg!) singing "Heartbeat," the second single off of the seven-time Grammy winner's Storyteller album.
On the red carpet, Hunt expressed his excitement to perform with Underwood, telling E!'s Giuliana Rancic, "I'm pumped. This is sort of a chance for us to celebrate all the cool things that happened last year and I'm really excited to be performing with Carrie because I'm such a big fan of hers," also adding, "We've gotten to rehearse a couple of times and she's just a phenomenal talent. Yeah, it's gonna be a fun night."
This marks Underwood's first appearance on the Grammy stage since 2013, when she sang a medley of her hits "Blown Away" and "Two Black Cadillacs" wearing an artful LED dress.
Hunt, 31, garnered two nominations for best country album and all-genre best new artist while Underwood, 32, was nominated in the best country solo performance category for her song "Little Toy Guns."
The 58th annual Grammys are airing live on Monday on CBS.
